Fancy trying something different this year? Maybe you’d like to do something useful that can help others as well? How about learning hypnosis? I’m holding a short series of evening classes, exploring, demonstrating and teaching hypnosis for total beginners. You don’t need to have practised or studied any kind of therapy before – we start from scratch. Teaching format will be flexible, with a mixture of instruction, discussion, practice and some simple therapy. And with a good measure of light-hearted fun.
