How to Challenge without Conflict
You know when someone says something like “the things is you’re oversensitive”, or “too headstrong” – you know, those little criticisms? And how they can linger on, niggling you? But you don’t want to cause a family argument, so you leave it.
Then later on, you find yourself getting unreasonably annoyed at some minor little thing, or something seems to hold you back from being quite to helpful and nice as you might normally be. You know the kind of thing?
